Austin, Texas / Job inquiries

Yard work starts with a clear boundary.

Ask Buzent about yard cleanup in Austin, shrub trimming or care of an existing bed. Tell us which part needs work. You do not need to plan a whole new yard.

The estimate depends on the work area and its condition, access, materials and the handling of debris. All included charges are set out in USD before agreement. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a visit.

Use the form for a job description, or speak to us directly using the details below. A rough description is enough to begin. If you are unsure whether a plant needs trimming or a bed needs clearing, describe the obstruction rather than guessing the treatment.

Have the Austin job location and the access route in mind. Availability is discussed, not assumed from the date you call.

Email is useful for photographs. Show the working area from a distance as well as the growth or debris up close.

Scope first / no payment here

Ask about a job.

Your name and permission to reply are required. Supply a phone number or an email address; either one is enough. The job address can wait until we discuss the request.

A way to reach you

Enter at least one reply route above. You can leave the other blank. If you supply both, tell us in the notes which you prefer.

The ground and the work

These details are optional. Give what you know now; measurements and handling can be confirmed during review.

Use the location where the work is needed, rather than a billing address. Do not include a gate code.

Describe the result you want and the planting to retain. Mention any timing preference without treating it as a reserved date.

Useful details include a narrow gate or steps, materials already on site, and whether debris should remain in an agreed place or be taken away.

Permission to reply

This permission is for handling your request. It is separate from your choice about advertising and analytics storage.

No checkout and no payment. Work, costs and a date still need to be agreed.

After you send it

A receipt confirms that an inquiry was stored, not that a job was accepted. We review whether the requested work fits and ask about any access or handling detail that would change the scope.

If submission reports an error, check the named field before trying again. If you cannot send the form, email office@buzent.com with your description. Mention a previous receipt if you already have one, rather than opening a second request without context.

A garden wheelbarrow beside a narrow side gate leading into a yard.
Access noteThe opening is only part of the route. A turn just inside the gate can matter as much as the gate itself. Photograph shown to illustrate access, not a verified customer job.

Show the route, not just the bed.

A wheelbarrow may fit between the gate posts and still have nowhere to turn. Show the route from the street or unloading point to the work area, including steps and any soft ground that cannot take repeated trips. You do not need a technical drawing. A plain description with the narrowest opening measured in your chosen units is useful.

Keep the first message free of access codes. We can discuss entry arrangements after the job location and scope are understood. If a gate is shared, or access crosses someone else's ground, say so before any visit is arranged.

  • Measure the usable opening. Give the clear gap with the gate open, not the width of the gate panel. Note a latch or obstruction that reduces that gap.
  • Name what must stay untouched. Low planting beside the path, irrigation lines and newly worked soil affect the carrying route. Point out anything that is difficult to see under leaves.
  • Separate delivery from spreading. If materials are requested, explain where they can be left and how far they must be moved. A delivery arrangement is only included when it appears in the agreed scope.
  • Explain the end point for debris. A collection pile on site needs an agreed location. Removal needs its own confirmation. Do not assume a filled bag is automatically being taken away.

Photographs can follow by email.

The form does not require an upload. If photographs will clarify the request, send them to office@buzent.com and use the same name or inquiry reference. Avoid including people, vehicle plates or neighboring interiors when those details have nothing to do with the work.

A close photograph can show the growth condition. A wider one explains where the work stops. Neither is permission to start cutting or a substitute for agreeing the job in writing.

Your inquiry and your storage choice are separate.

Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising bring visitors to this site; Meta Ads may also do so. Their click identifiers are gclid, msclkid and fbclid. Optional measurement helps attribute visits and inquiries to advertising. You can decline optional storage and still ask about work.

Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until permission, and returns all four to denied when you decline or withdraw permission. Denial does not mean no network requests. Read Cookies and storage choices and the Microsoft privacy statement for more information.

For access, correction or deletion of inquiry details, use the data-request route. There is no need to describe a data request as a new yard job.
